Musevent Application - Data & Privacy policy

Beyond our main website, https://www.musevent.com, we have developed an event management application, Musevent, for our providers. This platform is available in a web version at https://my.musevent.com/admin, and also as an Android and iOS app on the Google Play Store and Apple Store. Access to this application requires the provider to create an account, which they can decide to delete at any time by contacting us.

Within this application, we collect and conserve user data, specifically the account email, first name, last name, and phone number. This data is collected and processed in accordance with the provisions set out in our privacy policy, available at https://www.musevent.com/privacy, which fully applies to our Musevent application. At any time, users can exercise their rights concerning the use of their data, including deleting their account and all associated data.

How can I delete my account and all associated data?

You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time, without any justification. Simply send us an email, with a copy of your ID or passport, to info@musevent.com.
