An original wedding proposal creates a surprise in an Ostend restaurant

    When she went to eat at a restaurant in Ostend, Ines wasn’t expecting such a surprise. However, her boyfriend had prepared an unusual marriage proposal for her, with the help of the Musevent agency: 10 singers, disguised as customers, performed “Ti Amo” in flashmob mode. The whole surprise was filmed on hidden camera, and the result is very romantic!

    Ben, the husband-to-be, explains the preparations: “After 11 years together, I wanted to surprise Ines with an original proposal. I contacted Musevent and we came up with a scenario based on the song “Ti Amo”, the version featured in Casa De Papel, because it’s linked to our story. As expected, Ines didn’t suspect a thing… until even the waitress started singing!”

    AFTER AN 11-YEAR RELATIONSHIP, I WANTED TO SURPRISE INES WITH AN ORIGINAL PROPOSAL. I CONTACTED MUSEVENT AND WE CAME UP WITH A SCENARIO BASED ON THE SONG “TI AMO”.

    For the surprise, Musevent mobilized some twenty accomplices, including 10 singers, 4 cameramen, and also received help from the restaurant team. “We even had a few people disguised as waiters to deal with the unexpected,” explains Musevent founder Mehdi. “The owner of the restaurant was also very helpful, allowing us to rehearse in advance on the premises.”

    A few months ago, Musevent had already created a surprise with a musical proposal, organized in the Brussels metro with a 14-piece classical orchestra.

     

    All that remains is to wish Ben and Ines a beautiful wedding, planned for them in 2021.
