2. Data we collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
When you fill out a form (quote, contact, booking, registration), we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event information (date, venue, type, number of guests, budget range, musical preferences)
- For invoicing: billing address, company name, VAT number (if applicable)
- Any message or content you send us via forms or email
2.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit our website or use our application, we automatically collect:
- IP address (anonymised for analytics)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS)
- Pages visited, time spent, navigation path
- Traffic source (direct link, search engine, social network)
- For the mobile app: advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) — only if you consent via your device's system prompt
2.3 Data we never collect
- Banking data (payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers; we never store card numbers or IBANs)
- Biometric data
- Special category data (ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, health, sexual orientation)
3. Legal basis and purposes of processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the following legal bases:

- Booking management and event coordination
- Invoicing and payment tracking
- Communication related to the service provided

5. Sharing your data
We never sell your data. We only share it with providers necessary to deliver the Service, under contract and confidentiality obligations:
5.1 Technical providers (GDPR sub-processors)
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — website and application hosting. EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.
- Neon Inc. (United States) — Postgres database (EU region).
- Airtable Inc. (United States) — contact management and CRM. EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland, EU) — Google Analytics 4 (anonymised), Google Workspace for emails.
- Resend Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery.
- Cegid (France, EU) — invoicing and accounting software.
5.2 Business partners
To deliver a service, we share only the strictly necessary information (date, venue, event type, client name) with:
- Artists confirmed for your event
- Partner technical providers (sound, lighting, stage) where applicable
- The venue (in case of logistical intermediation)
5.3 Authorities
We may have to transmit your data to competent authorities only if required by law (judicial subpoena, tax audit, etc.).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function and improve your experience. We distinguish between:
6.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function (session, language preferences, security). They do not require consent.
6.2 Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4(Measurement ID: G-GQQBZ4MM9S) to anonymously measure our website's audience. Data is retained for 14 months and is never used for targeted advertising.

6.3 Managing your consent

7. Musevent mobile application
In addition to the data listed in section 2, our iOS and Android application may collect:
- Device identifiers — IDFA (iOS), AAID (Android), only with your explicit consent through the OS system prompt.
- Push notifications — Device token only if you enable notifications. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.
- Crash and performance data — To diagnose bugs and improve stability. Anonymised.
The application does not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone or camera without explicit action on your part.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers (Vercel, Neon, Airtable, Resend) are based in the United States. For these transfers we rely on:
- The EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for others
9. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- Right to rectification — Correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
- Right to erasure(“right to be forgotten”) — Request deletion of your data under the conditions provided by law (Art. 17).
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Right to data portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20).
- Right to object — Object to the processing of your data, in particular for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21).
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to set post-mortem directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.

11. Security of your data
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS/TLS encryption, restricted access to authorised collaborators, hosting with compliant providers (ISO 27001, SOC 2), regular backups.
As no transmission or electronic storage method is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we commit to informing you within 72 hours in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.
12. Minors
Our service is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data about persons under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with data, contact us at info@musevent.com and we will delete it without delay.
13. Links to third-party sites
Our website may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, partners, providers). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policy.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or business developments. The last updated date appears at the top of the document. For substantial changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the website.
