All elements of the Service — text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, visual identity, source code, database — are the exclusive property of Musevent Productions SRL or its partners, and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws.

No licence or right of use is granted other than the simple consultation for personal purposes. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability

Musevent Productions SRL makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without being able to guarantee its completeness or absence of error. Information displayed on the Service (in particular artist profiles, indicative prices, availability dates) is for information purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer.
